I've been refurbishing some old pieces into posters for Anime North. Looking at some of the stuff I did last year, and this year, I feel like I haven't improved a tremendous amount. Much of the time I spend painting or drawing, I spend mucking around until it looks like something that's passable, but I don't think it's a good thing. After AN, I'll spend some time exacting my method a little, try to do away with the mucking around as much as possible and improve my sketching skills.
